We ship around the world, but if you can't find your country please email us.

Shipping times do not include any time possibly spent in customs.

P.O. Box Addresses - Wonder Wander does not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.


Please allow 1-2 business days to dispatch your order from our warehouse, Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to keep delays to a minimum.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that customs and duties are not included in the total amount at the checkout, these charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase, since they vary from country to country.

If the recipient refuses the parcel due to unexpected custom charges, your package will be considered abandoned and will be destroyed by the shipping carrier and therefor your order is not entitled to a refund.

Lost Packages

All items purchased from wonder wander-shop.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Wonder Wander is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. We highly suggest you choose an address you trust and the one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
