Returns

You may return full priced items within 7 days upon receipt. To get a full refund your item should be in perfect condition, unworn and with tags still attached. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original dustbin in its original condition. All returns will be inspected upon arrival and any items in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

SALE ITEMS can non be refunded or exchanged

Non-returnable items: Swimwear, Lingerie, Beauty products, Vintage, Jewellery

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will send you an email with all the necessary information concerning your order, and will refund your credit card within 7 days. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund.

Products purchased by prior reservation cannot be returned (tailored by individual standards)

Please note that all shipping costs are not refundable, so we will reimburse you only for the returned item.
